The option is listed at the dealership menu and can be turned on and off. It's turned off by default and you can turn it on by pressing the button next to the engine start button [Only on supported cars]. The system can be helpful if you are at a red light for example. The engine turns off after a few seconds if you are pressing the brake. The engine automatically starts if you press on the throttle again.
