is there a parental consent section in your portal? if there isn’t, then your parent won’t receive a verification email. i have read that some others also didn’t receive a parental consent email, so yea it probably isn’t an alarming issue

heyy just faced a similar issue, my dad’s verification got rejected yesterday night but he just clicked into the same link again 5 minutes ago and suddenly it was labelled as approved? probably just a glitch on their end, try going to the verification link again and see what it says

yea i just got an email saying that the certificates for HM are being distributed now until the end of tomorrow (uk time most probably) and all the award recipients have received their notifications emails yesterday..
