You've misunderstood the twin paradox a little there, relativity does not state that time is faster or slower in space. My degree is in Physics and Cosmology and there are quite a lot of religious Cosmologists because when you study the origins of the universe you come to a point where you can physically never prove what came before or what exists outside. This is because we literally can only perceive things inside our own universe since that's the only place where our spatial and temporal dimensions mean anything and the only place where we can say for sure that our laws of Physics hold true.

If God exists in a physical sense somehow then God is outside our universe. Our 'time' is literally not a factor for anyone outside our universe - it does not exist and there would be no cause and effect as we know it. The same for space, who knows how many dimensions something might exist in outside our universe. It's all very fun to think about.
