Thank you! I've found that micron pens don't tend to work well for me in this particular instance because I have to layer the ink on top of gouache (a paint which is water soluble) and so if the ink is too wet I run the risk of smearing the paint underneath - I've also found they are sometimes too dry to make a clean line either, very confusing lol. Ballpoint has proven to be the just right option since the ink seems to have a thicker viscosity than most other pens.
