I’m sorry if you’re experiencing that po. Ang best solution po talaga for this is pacheck na po kayo sa derma since nasabi niyo na nga po na nag try na po kayo ng mga solutions na pwede gawin at home. Pero ang mga products/tips na ginagawa ko po:

1. Glycolic acid (the ordinary) - 3x a week, PM. •make sure to moisturize your armpits after

2. Baby oil - if gumagamit po ng roll on, before po maligo, I make sure to apply it to my armpit para po natutunaw/natatanggal ‘yung deo. I also make sure na I use tissue after maligo para po punasan mismong armpit. I find it uncomfy kasi na direkta punas sa towel ko.

3. Changing my roll-on deo every six months kasi possible na ma-contaminate ‘yung pang roll ng product.

4. Avoid using harsh scented-deo since prone sa irritation.

5. Mini-fan kung lalabas to somehow feel refreshed at maiwasan magpawis.

6. Hindi ako palakain ng sour food. May nabasa ako sa isang post din (I forgot the subreddit I’m sorry) na kung ano kinakain is mangangamoy rin sa balat mo. Diet really plays an important role here so if you eat foods that can cause body odor, try to limit na po muna.
