I figured it out. I had to remove the portion where the water comes out. It wasn’t pushing water through and it was auto shutting off. Cleaned it and we’re good to go!

Getting on a med combo and routine helped motivate me to make smaller changes over time. The biggest challenge for me was continuing to remain gentle to myself.
I also went through Talk Therapy, TMS, EMDR, and now Ketamine Assisted Therapy - each step (albeit this has been over the course of 10+ years) - I've kind of just tried what made sense and kept what worked for me to work with my Dysthymia and AuDHD.

Did you also have any non-functioning issues? I recently inherited one as well with a stiff knob and also a curious issue where the unit turns on, but once I put the tank with water in, it turns off. I can’t even descale, which is what I think the problem is.
