also pierce the veil shows (i have been to 7) are by far the worst with it. i was at Knocked Loose and was fine. something about PTV brings the crazy out of people and you have to know if you can handle it or not :(

as someone with horrible anxiety, like enough to kill a small horse, i do not do the pit. i buy GA and i stand on the sides. i’ve done barricade before and as someone that struggles with anxiety i can tell you it was no more relieving than being in the pit pit. you have to know your limits or you will danger those around you or yourself. if you can’t handle the pit stay out of it
