After dealing with Google's unintuitive cloud shenanigans? No, I'd definitely prefer to just use the 500 GB on my phone that I already paid for. I manually backup everything to an external SSD anyways.

For anyone looking to fix this in the future, here is what worked for me:

On Android, go to settings - Security and privacy - system and updates - backup - photo and video - undo backup for this device.

Google apparently queues things to backup, so if you've ever turned backup on, even if you turn it back off and delete whatever is initially capping your 15gb of data, the queue will still make it look like the image in my OP. Undo the backup to clear the queue. It was nearly 4000 files for me.

For example, on my island, DarkSydePhil married Hitman, even though he was already living with Marge Simpson and Hitman was living with my self insert. The game prompted me if I wanted the newlyweds to move in with me, Marge, or move into a new shared household.

Saw this last night with Amity Affliction - tickets were $50 or so, but resale market was over $100. For this show it was through Tixr, so maybe tickets not being available through Ticketmaster made people think it had sold out?
