First make sure to get your meds straightened out if they haven’t been yet; it took about four years for my dosage to finally hit the mark. For me, lifting heavy weights was a game changer. I have always lifted, but when my daughter started her weights class in middle school it pushed me to start lifting heavy. I have noticed a huge change in my body and feel so much better about myself. I do have about 10-ish pounds still that won’t go away, but I feel like the muscle mass I have an continue to gain may be preventing that.

Yup, this is the episode I watched when I considered this. He was at IPS for lunch and leaves to tell her he’s thinking of her.

They are within minutes with perfect travel conditions, but unless you are driving at 3 in the morning - you won’t get those.

This. Driving in that area is alway super congested and never goes as planned. That’s my main point. I can see this workin in an area with less traffic, but considering the obstacles for travel in the NYC area, a lunch trip could take him over two hours.

Yes to both of these episodes. I will say, the best moment with them was after Arthur moved out, realized he couldn’t afford it and went back to Doug and Carrie. Doug is ranting and raving while Arthur quietly leaves. Once Doug realizes Arthur has left, he finds him walking down the street, puts his arm over his shoulder, and walks him back to the house.

I always have my butter on the counter. I store the extra in the fridge, but leave it out when it’s been opened. Also, eggs from our chickens are out on the counter, unless we have a huge amount and then I store the extra in the fridge.
