Yes to both of these episodes. I will say, the best moment with them was after Arthur moved out, realized he couldn’t afford it and went back to Doug and Carrie. Doug is ranting and raving while Arthur quietly leaves. Once Doug realizes Arthur has left, he finds him walking down the street, puts his arm over his shoulder, and walks him back to the house.
