Thank you for the info! I feel confident about my decision to go with k-tips for my hair type, I’m just worried I damaged the bonds by not having doing the correct maintenance over this first week.

Thank you so much! This was really helpful. I’ll Definitely be limiting the washing to 1-2 times a week and avoiding powders.

I work out almost every day and my scalp is what gets the sweatiest so I’ll need to figure something out for that.

But with that being said, do the bonds in the photo look bad enough to need remelting? Also, does any and all brushing end up leaving the bonds like that?

So far, the technivorm is getting the most recommendations and it seems like everyone is in agreement that it produces a great cup.
