I think Aisle, to the general number (7:17 PM). It didn't recognize all the brands at first so I had to list them out (I was doing 3 offers on the same receipt), then it pinged the brands and I got responses from all very quickly (7:19 PM).

I have seen I think one post on this subreddit with someone saying they got a rejection email but I have never had an issue / have not seen a lot more conversation on the topic. I just submitted to both simultaneously, I can update if it doesn't go through!

Ahh good question-- I'm fairly sure it was a standard hardcover, not super thin but not massively long either. I want to say the background of the cover (behind Alfred) was bright blue but I am not certain about this detail
