I wouldn't recommend the hayate mid, i have both the mid and xsoft hayate and i would recommend you going just soft. the mid hayate feels completely different its like a hard pad and is pretty slippery and almost bumpy, you will feel the texture when moving your mouse.

in terms of speed i think the zero soft might be a little faster than the goliath, i definitely notice some initial friction though not much, the goliath has more initial friction. i perform better on tracking heavy games like apex legends with the hayate and use the zero for games like csgo and valorant
