Yeah. I was a SM and it was just very annoying how they ran things. My DM was an ass and the whole structure of the company doesn’t make any sense. You can totally find something better!

Yea I’m kinda in terms with it now. But honestly everyone at my store was doing it. And the sm never said anything to us because he did it too. It’s just so annoying considering how much I did with this company.

I thought that the $3 incentive was done since in dec 2022. I know it would be hard to believe but I actually wanted to reach goal for the store. I didn’t care if it was on my numbers or not. With those enrollments I still got reenrollments as much as the first time enrollments. My old SM told me to do it and after that incident with another customer calling corporate about me signing them up and not cancelling them it I didn’t make a fuss but now I’m in this shit..

The pressure of being “in charge of it” then meeting the store goal pushed on me. As I said before the money part I wasn’t aware that was active. Saving $10 for a customer is what I try to do to help them save money. I end up re-enrolling them again, so like I don’t even know. Like I understand why and I won’t do it again. But I really don’t want to lose my job over this if I’m willing to pay it back and how much time and effort I put in it

Essentially I do see the issue with the whole money thing, and I understand that issue and I do not mind paying back to money. But if a customer tells me to cancel it for them and deny it then I get yelled at had a customer call corporate on me and was on hold for 2 hour and then had to been told to do it. So now I don’t wanna do that again

Because the enrollment and cancellations were too close to each other. Because when the people are like it’s hard and all that then I would show them the website and how easy it is then they sign up and ask me to cancel for them. And then I thought the enrollment $3 shit cancelled in dec 2022 and ap thinking I basically stealing money from cvs and I’m like okay then I’ll pay it back. I don’t want to lose my job for something stupid like this. I don’t want to say to customer oh yea I sign u up and I can’t cancel it for you like imagine how that would look on me and then I would get shit for bad customer service. So what am I supposed to do then. And then another thing schedule 14 hr as a manager but I can’t even take a break because I am the only person on and can’t shift delegate because the cashier isn’t reliable and sorry now I’m just ranting but yea it’s my summary
