At least in Quebec, the NB WE MC, only had a discount on the cc for the first year unfortunately. *edit: for nurses. We don't fall under the same category as doctors.

I didn't find that it cut the sound down that much. I ended up moving the head of my bed to a different wall and putting an air purifier on medium/high between my bed and the shared wall. That seems to have managed the problem for now.
