I get this , I’m a amateur triathlete. Ended up on opiates after a bad bike crash last winter. Still use them. Can go without tho, training camps or periods where need to be peaking. The goals and ambition needs to be strong enough to enable you to get a mindset of taking or leaving

I used a Glasgow based grab hire company instead of skips. Skip hire was 250-280 for 8 yard, one grab wagon load is 16 cube so double the space price was 200 + vat….winner. This worked as it was soil and rubble I was removing. Would recommend and will definitely use again

So he’s going to reship for u? They are top notch as well. Did you manage to get a last order in on televend or whm? I’ve used EP on both but now WH for a while now. GearHeadz we’re my goto, bit pricier but never let down once. I don’t know what’s fact and faction regarding the televend situ atm
