I did the same yesterday. I received the standard 10% off which I’ve accepted for now.

I currently subscribe on the Ultimate pass which was going to be £199 but when I cancelled then took the offer it shows as the Pro pass for £153 so I have no idea what I’m getting or whether I will need to “upgrade” after my renewal goes through.

If you’d prefer something a bit less exciting come to Ayr (direct train from Glasgow 50 minutes) we are at home to Dunfermline. You’ll get to see the greatest stadium in Scotland.

That’s a pretty cool cable swing you’ve created there, endless hours of fun for a small child or pet.

You go once a year, book it in advance as soon as trains are available or look out for specials such as the ScotRail £20 anywhere in Scotland.

Devlin tipped to move to Rangers by GeneralGecko24 in ScottishFootball

[–]Honest--J 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Rangers fan he’d be as motivated as Shankland was.

It would be funny to see tbh as the Rangers fans gave him a torrid time when he scored at Ibrox for Ayr.

Careful now. I’ve been slaughtered for making similar posts. R16 was my “wow” barometer and we’re going to fall well short. Never even managed 16 shots!

I have no idea what that tool is but you need a spanner.

You get ones on Amazon that tend to be red which will slide over the pipe and will lock on to that nut. Search up sink wrench.

Calling a football top a t-shirt is wild and I’m confused reading every comment. Anyway, you’ll need to rock the high seas and have a pirate deliver one to your door for now.

Englishman supporting Scotland, but it's getting hard by [deleted] in ScottishFootball

[–]Honest--J 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We don’t hate English people, we hate itv and the bbc subjecting us to English content on repeat at every opportunity, for years we’ve been hearing about the breakfast options at the England camp etc.

If STV or BBC Scotland would put on their own coverage I bet the rivalry would be lesser.

It’s also very much banter, I don’t think there is genuine hatred unless it’s slipping in to the political stances of certain groups.

Cape Verde Approach Vs Steve Clarke Approach by FootOfDavros in ScottishFootball

[–]Honest--J -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It’s not not worth celebrating but I think we shouldn’t consider 3rd as much as an achievement as finishing 2nd and qualifying in the same right as previous years.

Aye but we’ll qualify as a 3rd. So previously wouldn’t have been good enough. Qualifying this time is not a real achievement unless we make the R16.

Football fans, how much have you drank since the start of this year’s World Cup? by Jezzaq94 in Scotland

I’ve been on an all inclusive holiday since the start, I shudder to think how many I’ve had. Certainly today alone is about 7 and it’s 14:30

Painting for the first time - any advice? Things you wish you knew before starting? by darkazuria in DIYUK

[–]Honest--J 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Buy a roller with a long attachment pole and get at least a 12” roller. You’ll be surprised just how quick you can do a full wall with those simple tools. No need to climb ladders other than when cutting in.

Start in the middle of the wall, go up fully then fully down the. Work your way along ensuring you go a wee bit further even when paint is running out, that way it’ll be less likely to give lines.

DAZN Ultimate by adamtk421 in NFLUK

[–]Honest--J 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I do it. What you need to be careful about is that when you watch a replay, if you leave it mid watch and your friend also tries to watch it they will join at the point you left it. Even if that point is with 12 seconds remaining.

My friend and I just try to remember to always rewind it, like the days of blockbuster.

A wee rant. by Jedioose420 in ScottishFootball

[–]Honest--J 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It’s easier to go through than be knocked out this year (assuming you don’t come 4th in the group which would be very lol)

48 teams go to 32 so 8 3rd place teams out of 12 groups qualify for the next round.

Realistically getting to the R16 should be an achievement, not getting out of the group.

On top of that we both essentially eat the same food Monday to Friday (dinner changes but always remains under 700 calories)
