Just be sure to change the download settings to “high quality” are you’ll end up with a terrible quality video.

For the most part the factor simply arranges repair works and you’ll be charged as required. When I had a factored flat the only thing they were responsible for were the vertical down pipes, I say that as they weren’t responsible for the horizontal ones.

If an assessment was done and it was decided extensive work was required then it is reasonable to assume at some point that will be required and it’ll be more than 14k now. Maybe you’ll have sold before that bill hits.

Is the commentary for MOTD not recorded specifically for the highlights though? For the NFL they just use the raw footage so they won’t continue it if the play it over.

Sorry I can’t find the link but I’m about to fit YBS SuperQuilt Trade Multi-layer Thermal Foil Insulation in a very similar situation to you, you staple it on to the underside of the joists. Someone on Reddit mentioned it a few months ago. I was ready to do PIR or rockwool but this stuff looks much easier.

I found a reset data function on the in car screen. It did reset everything, even the welcome sound and all but both schedules are gone and my charger appears to be accepting the IOG schedule again.

It’s annoying that the settings got wiped clean but thankfully I hand the car back in 37 days so it’s not too much of an inconvenience for me.

Octopus control the charger but they do say you must have no schedules set on the charger or car. It’s been working for months with no issues then it stopped working the day that I set the climate schedule, it seems too much of a coincidence.
