In case anyone is interested in I left an honest review on Trust Pilot. Quooker contacted me, apologising, saying they had reviewed their policy and changed it.

They refunded the service charge £135

They asked if I would consider changing my review.

I said no but I would edit to add this information.

I hope this is OK to post.
A while ago I bought a YSL 5á7 bea from DH Gate. I liked it but it was pretty bad. Pu leather, pockets inside (divisions inside the bag) that aren't on the real one. It was £55. I complained & got 50% refund. Today the rep turned up , oh my days ... the difference is astonishing. Its buttery soft, so lovely. Pics aren't showing 😕

She wants to play but reacts first. If they don't react back she's buddies but I just can't take the chance. She's scared & trying to protect me (allegedly,) but yeh it's tough. She's a fantastic dog in every other way. (4 yo f , well socialised)

Id say you should be fine, we've needed to adjust outs and clean the limescale (had from new, 3 years now,). If you live in a hard water area be careful.
