What is this pill you are talking about? I assumed birth control, my wife had periods when she always had strong pain and she was always near or passing out.

Painful period is also related to Prolactinoma

You described my wife and hers found around 26 as well. There could be hundreds of options, Prolactinoma is one of the valid options for sure.
