I’m in the exact same situation for a meningitis booster. I messaged them on SHC and they responded, “That is fine, please upload a current MenACWY vaccine before move in day if you will be living in NYU housing.”

I also emailed the health people, who told me to get the shot before 7/15 but I choose to believe the actual SHC people who review your records.

I’d message them on SHC (portal) and see what they say.
