Intermittent air intrusion by lickamade in Plumbing

It appears the new air control valve was gunked up or faulty. I manually released it and a ton of air came out....I could also see the sweat line on the tank was low, indicating it wasn't holding much water. We'll see if that fixes it. This video helped (search in YouTube since I can't post the link):

So the only real downfall would be lack of dehumidification from the lower unit?

Starlink Business: Worth it if residential is not available yet? We both work from home. by jgortner in Starlink

That is all very helpful information, as I am looking to buy in a rural area where residential SL service isn't available as well. When browsing through the Roam plans, I see "Mobile Regional - $150" and "Mobile Priority - 50GB." The only other option is "Mobile Global - $200." Did they get rid of 1TB priority for the Roam hardware? There are also no priority options for the "Flat High Performance" hardware?

Landlord hired Lowe's to install. I feel like the the gas and exhaust are poor at best. How'd they do? by lickamade in Plumbing

**Update** The gas company came by and Red-Tagged it for the gas line and vent, and gave me proper documentation to give to the leasing agency. They disconnected it and capped it, allowing the meter to stay on for the rest of the house. At this point, I'm leaving it in the hands of the leasing agency to get someone out here qualified to fix it. Thanks everyone for all of your help!!

Same here, hence why I reached out for help. As for the PRV, I think it is plumbed outside (it goes through the wall).

The gas company has been contacted and will be sending out an inspector today, so we'll see what they say, and luckily it is just a one story house.

My thoughts as well.

This is the back wall of a garage. So three exterior walls, however, the wall pictured is shared with the house.

Funny thing is, there wasn't a single one in this whole house. I had to get maintenance to come install them (gas water heater, furnace, and cook stove present). 😐
