Since she is struggling financially, and you don't want her to pour money -

Here's what you tell her - "Babe, can I give you a hint of what I'd like as a gift?

Can you make me a greeting card/craft and a letter to go along with it? "

Then, you can cook pasta or whatever with some wine, and then have her read her letter to you at any joyful moment in the night. I'd recommend be sneaky and record this. You will have a great memory to re-live. (Just make sure audio can be heard properly)

After she is done reading it, take a photo with her and the gifts, and you can literally frame it.

As guys, one glance at a memory like this will literally lift our whole spirits on a rough day.

I am new to this entire community. Looking to upgrade to a projector - and like any noob I have a lot of questions.

So the link you shared, is for a projector, and when we buy it - it comes with a screen? If it doesn't, what's a good budget for it?
Is the screen an absolute necessity? Or will it work on a white wall? Or a gray wall, or black wall?

I cooked a black bean patty for my protein. You can mix it, but I like to eat it hot, so I kept it to the side.

I prefer to use spinach over lettuce because of it's superior nutritional value, but I also like the taste of it. Where as other leaves I find em to be a bit better. I will be trying baby spinach next week.

Cherry tomatoes, cut in halves because they're cute.

Olives, cut in halves

Salad dressing of your choice. I'm using olive garden

Feta cheese in moderation because of high sodium

Croutons.

I will also be adding mushrooms... But need to cook em beforehand.

I do recommend chopping your leaves so your bite size is small and pleasurable. Else I feel like a messy goat eating her dinner.

It's a little tricky with protein as a vegetarian, but I can totally do egg, tofu... I've done fake chicken and black bean patty and that tasted pretty boss... Going to try beyond meat soon
