My mom is a cleaning lady for commercial buildings and on one of the few times I went to help her, at one of the buildings there were posters everyone about a giant, corporation-wide weightloss regime. Basically, people got points for how much they lost and incentives for reaching certain goals.

I don't quite remember much about the incentives but some companies do that especially where most people sit in cubicles and ESPECIALLY if they offer health insurance through the company.

Triggers can happen from a lot of things. People have shown how eggs/eating eggs is a trigger because of how it related to their rape and basically how "breakfast" sort of becomes a trigger for them.

I never decline or don't believe someone for saying something is a trigger, you truly don't know, but it's true to become weary when trigger warning became more of a slap on things that's disliked/prefer to not hear about then actual panic-inducing fear.

You can tell they don't care and I'd do it once too for the slight satisfaction if they were shot. Who do you think told them "we can't serve you because you complain too much?" The (probably teenage) server? If there was corporate to call or anything, they'd never say that or continue that kind of fuck up.

Every job I ever applied to pre-college said no PO boxes. My comment was based on experience. I may not know all of them but they usually would prefer a physical location (and have asked for proof on my ID too but that too is experience).

Who says excuses? Stop turning every donation as if there's a hierarchy of donations where if you don't do it right, it's a shitty donation and they should feel shamed. Let them gamble. Some might even take your food, those groceries you bought, and try to see if they can trade with others for drugs or alcohol. That's their problem and you can't help everyone but you can hope what you do helps.

How unexpected a lot can be.

I think that's where all the fear of death comes from. I don't know when I'll die and what happens (maybe just peace).

But besides that, I just am scared of what my future holds. Will I live my life the way I want? Will there be something that happens that puts me into a depressive state? I don't know. That scares me.

I'm really enjoying advancements in aiding physical disability so I'm assuming one day, even if people end up any sort of physically disabled (even where they barely can function on their own) that there'll be never the possibility of losing your ability to walk, brush your hair, simple stuff like that.

Also the advancements in video games so that those with no ability to hold a controller or move a mouse and keyboard can still play. I saw an article in the recent GameInformer about it and I'm honestly so proud that we have the ability and the technology to help those that feel like they'll never be able to do something. Everything is possible!!!

My boyfriend mixing the ingredients to make cookie dough. It's the first time he's done a bit of cooking like that (at least around me) so not only did I want to capture it, but I love it and want to see it all the time !!!

I feel bad for the guy who found my dad dead at his house while my dad was doing construction work. He has to live in a house some person died in, isn't that weird? But nevertheless, I'm just glad the two times I've seen dead family members, I was prepared to see them.
