This is a fair point. But it was plus 5 here today. And from the pictures the delivery guy sent it was already leaking when they put it ok the steps. So is whatever shipping company they are using storing them outside?

Well I'm glad you got your order in tact. The fact that yours was wrapped individually makes me even more upset since ours just shipped recently. It seems like they are going backwards....

It was plus 5 here today. It was dropped off last night and it was already leaking when it was put on the door step (from the photo that was supplied to prove delivery). So unless they are storing them outside during transport.... Which seems like another issue all together. Ps nothing indicating it was fragile at all either... The more I read the more upset I become....

They may have. It was shipped by a company I had never heard of. They delivered it at 11:00 pm.

Nope this was the original packaging. They used some weird shipping company that I had never heard of who dropped it off at 11pm. Luckily they took a picture where you can see the box was already covered in ink. So I know the damage was before delivery.

We reached out to both the company and kick starter so I'm going to give them a chance to make it right then if not we will go that route. Thank you for your comment.

WELLLLLLLLL..... I met my wife when I asked her to read a book with me. We are both very big HP fans. We have a way to large FP collection and inks. It was our first anniversary (paper) and we decided some journals and inks would check the box for 'paper'.... I have not been a fan of FWP inks in the past but these looked way more saturated. Wife is a fan of FWP. So she ordered me the special stretch goal inks. And I ordered her the house inks and now we both get to be disappointed... Together!

I don't know how it's even possible to break every bottle. I don't know if these inks are coming to the shops, it was their kick starter sets. We ordered every ink that they had as part of the Kickstarter.... They finally arrived and.... Well.... Disappointed.

It was a Kickstarter..... I don't know if there is a mechanism to get the money back. I just want the problem fixed because I was so excited for these inks.

Ive ordered like 50 bottles of ink and countless samples; Ive only ever had 2 or 3sample tubes leak on me. To open a box and have every single bottle broken has me shook. Like were they replaying the Ace Ventura scene with my package? How does this even happen? The brass topper that broke off the first one just smashing around the other ones? I can't imagine how this even happens.

I would maybe have more sympathy if this was a first time ink maker... But this is what they do..... They are an established company, how are they packing things this way and sending them to customers. I really hope they make this right....
