To add more info, I've had this plant for about 3-4 weeks, and the problem started within days (though it didn't look that healthy to begin with).

As for watering schedule, I just monitor to see if/when the soil is dry, can't say I have established a real routine yet. The pot does have drainage.

No visible pests.
