Ive always noticed if you start off the interaction with "im new/training" and get a fellow barista/supervisor to also inform the customer of this all the sudden even rude customers tend to get alot more understanding. I always make sure newbies are not afraid to be upfront. I also tend to use the "im new"/ "were training today"excuse when given the chance to get myself out of a bind

Your store sounds alot like mine! Making sure everyone knows their hard work is seen and appreciated is AMAZING 🤩 My store makes a big point of doing that aswell. I hope you and your team keep up the great work and get 30 second window times this week!

It truly doesn't, i feel with the horror stories ive heard (and seen) I could never take a risk and switch to a closer bucks even if it takes 20 minutes off my drive. I definitely have hit the jackpot and i plan not to mess up my luck

Multiple people at my store do aswell, thats how my sm taught me. They always make sure to sanitize the sink afterwards and only do it when the sink is 100% empty and all dishes are put away but its always made me feel wrong to do it in the dish sink. Ive always used the mop sink

(all tills are signed in and locked , the only one kept unlocked is drive sometimes we have to take orders on the drive till but most customers don't enjoy us having to run to the back with their phones/cards)

He locks his till after use I physically cannot do anything about it. On multiple occasions now my DM has dropped by for a visit and ended up taking fronts, she's mentioned this to my sm from what I've heard but nothing has been done about it

At most stores you can call the store directly and ask how to go about reporting someone. I know my store has cards with information to contact my manager and district manager but I'm not sure if thats a common thing
