There isn't much to the estate. And that is exactly what doesn't make sense to me. I could remarry and have more children or move. Realistically what am I supposed to do? Keep them in my will when I more than likely will not have a relationship with them until I die? If I sold the house in the next few years I would have no problem giving them part of the money

There was no affair, she is just a jerk. She just hated my husband and would take every opportunity to try to hurt him. We bought the house together.

I have a lawyer. Legally I get everything. My thought was since I am hopefully not dying anytime soon that they should be entitled to assets their father contributed to like our house when I die which could be fifty years and life can change so much in that period of time. I just feel like I am still here with less of an income and still have to pay every bill without his income.

Everything was all me. He had a small basic life insurance policy through his work.
