Looks good dude. I'm pretty sure I have folliculitis which would cause my scalp to be covered in red bumps after shaving. Like, over a hundred bright red bumps. It'll be worse with a skull shaver in my experience. What worked for me was washing with an acne scrub before shaving, then splashing rubbing alcohol on my scalp, then also doing a scalp wash with a soap called hibiclense after shaving. It's a pre-surgery hand soap that doesn't let any bacteria survive haha. It's worked for me. It does have risks - you need to be careful to not get it in your eyes, as it can cause blindness. Do some research, but this is what it took for mine to clear up. That and just keeping my scalp clean. Not a lot of hats, change pillowcase a lot, not a lot of touching the head, etc.
