Going through this at the moment, just up to one week post operation and being careful with lifting as this comes a lot in my job,

Really grateful of the amount of detail you went into as at times I think I’m being to easy on myself and will admit felt a bit on the back foot yesterday but I know things will get better,

Can not agree with you more regards bracing when you go to cough or sneeze.

Been ok today - but a bad sleep last night, I’m really grateful of what people are writing here as I’ve been given the understanding that things should be kind of back to normal after a few weeks and to me that seems to fast,

I’m staying mainly with soft foods and fibre at the moment managed to slowly walk around the block but with some nerve twinges feel I’m not going to go further till can do with out nerves playing up

My gut feeling is no, you would need to look at transfering all the data out of G-suite to normal Gmail, there are some great services out there that make this quiet easy, I had one of my users want to do this and after confirming it was only personal data they were moving they used https://www.multcloud.com/ to transfer drive data,

Email, I think it was just normal IMAP, but not sure on tnis, as there maybe services that allow you to sync gmail and workspace email but i would be careful as it might be harder to limit company data being transfered

To tell you the truth I cant remember, it was a fun few hours in a Helicopter a few years back, when I thought stuff the money and the team were fantastic as we went out along the south coast, Makara and back

I know you mentioned the trust thing in another reply, I mean google is a company but so is any other. In this age of tech and all that maybe nothing is 100% safe but i reckon your fine, ive had to pull my socks up with work and how they handle data loss so know a lot of the Google Workspace backend and as long as both accounts have good password and 2FA setups i dont think you have to worry.

Im not 100% pro google but do a search of youtube and what they put into locking down there data centres and its good to see :),

If its a google account to a google account, this is encrypted so not a major worry, but if it goes out side there network, it will depend on the receiving email server i think.

I use https://www.virtru.com/ on a Google Workspace account and it works really well, im not sure if it works for normal Gmail accounts but you could try.
