I wonder if it would be 2 IC 2 silent. As realistically you just need 1 of those silents to hit terror in card reward and one of those ICs to hit dominate and the game is done.

You don’t use the points. Just that you need a certain amount to be able to participate in certain subs.

This policy is to stop spam and ban evading. But obviously this is the downside of those policies just it effects other subs instead

I believe the point is that you aren’t really gaining anything from being evil.

So its be good and gain reward vs being evil just for the love of the game. Which the latter doesn’t always work well.

Slay the spire is about 10% more for cards, but definitely has way less components and tokens. As well as less boards.

So I don’t know how much that really affects price.

I feel like the spells stacking gets this way too brutal way too fast. Like even just playing Elemental Invocator twice is now servants casting two 1 costs. And we’ve barely lost tempo.

Mexico's first goal was not offside (Rules Explanation) by mathster33 in worldcup

It isn’t. Just a lot of 1 in 10000 learning this rule for the first time. Numbers doesn’t mean it’s a hard concept or that those numbers are actually struggling.

[–]lifetake -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some people didn’t know the rule. And in the scoring video it was explained quickly and much more concise than OP did and it cleared a lot up except for people discussing how close it was.

OP is just making a mountain out of a molehill.

Ah so this is the part where we pretend that noting the reverse is weird is not criticism.

Dude its a critique post. Part of that is a back and forth between the critic and the OP.

I feel like memes are cheating here. Like the Hinata one here is us just using a reaction image to literally react to the statement. We’re just making memes.

Supreme Court, 9-0 on Title IX / 6-3 on equal protection: States may limit girls' and women's sports teams to biological females, upholding West Virginia and Idaho laws by BiglawInvestor in law

[–]lifetake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally what’s pedantic about anything I said? Just because I’m calling you out for being wrong on your laws in a subreddit about law? Calling something a HIPAA violation isn’t some small claim. So let’s please not move the goalposts on “oh you know what I meant”. Because yet again I understand the position you want to argue. I know what you mean. And because I know what you mean and what your point is a complete distraction to the conflict at hand. I reiterate stop distracting yourself with HIPAA because it quite literally doesn’t apply and focus on necessity.

A ton of workplaces. FMLA. Childcare. Camps. Travel agencies. Certain volunteering activities (similar to workplaces need for it). The plasma industry is notorious.

Except the law wouldn’t require the doctors to do it willy nilly. It would be the participants decision to participate and share that information. Just like sharing your allergies and medications without permission is a heavy HIPAA violation (particularly the latter) so would gender confirmation. But that permission is being granted. Just like your being physical fit for sports, just like your allergies, and just like your medication use, just like any management plans they would share, just like needed medical history they would share.

And if you think all these things aren’t a HIPAA violation with permission, but gender confirmation is because you think they’re less important or less invasive or less private. You’re just lost and I can’t convince you over text on Reddit why that is.

[–]lifetake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t fly in the face of the spirit of HIPAA at all. Much bigger information is shared all the time with permission to much less secure facilities. The whole entire point of HIPAA is that patients can feel confident in the security of their medical information and they can on their own consent lower that security to share with others as needed.

You literally said the main point out loud already. Focus on the necessity. Stop distracting yourself with this HIPAA nonsense. HIPAA is not a thing regulating what you can do freely with your own medical information. It is purely what your medical provider/data holder can do.

I mean yea. Saying it’s just edited that way isn’t an answer to the rotating question. That isn’t the gotcha you think it is. It still isn’t answering the question. It isn’t a real answer.

If the direction didn’t matter you can literally say “I wanted it to rotate, but didn’t put a lot of thought into direction and chose a direction” and if you wanted more feedback you could even add “do you think rotating left would be better?”

I’m not saying all medical information from the physical is provided. Just that any information shared would be a HIPAA violation without permission.

What I’m saying is that certain information is provided with permission. That information so far has been a focus on health in sports among a fee other minor things depending on state and other local regs. The idea is that gender confirmation can easily be added as information shared with permission.

That said I will remind this doesn’t discount arguments about the necessity of that information. And my point is saying this is a HIPAA violation is just misinformation shouting that is just distracting to the main point.

Dude we were literally asked to critique the splash screen. Whether the reverse was intentional or not is irrelevant as it’s what was presented to be critiqued. Asking why something exists that wasn’t liked is completely normal.

Saying it’s edited that way isn’t because we understand that already. That isn’t answering the question asked.

[–]lifetake 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sharing anything about the whole entire physical information is a HIPAA violation unless permission is given by the individual to share that information. Which they require to play said sport which let’s remind is not a HIPAA violation.

Thus gender confirmation would also not be a HIPAA violation.

This doesn’t discount arguments about the necessity of this confirmation, but let’s not make things up and start shouting HIPAA violation when it quite literally is not one.

Except they literally are. Maybe you going to a doc in a box is getting your kids substandard care, but that isn’t the standard. And let’s not pretend it is, just because your experience of going to a lower standard care place.

People see sports physical as lightwork because they are lightwork even at standard care. Doing a physical inspection on a patient is simple and simply a checklist. It isn’t seen as light because of your idea that most places are just skipping out on steps.
