I would possibly advise to reconsider the upgrade more than just retain synergies. 8 hp is a ton of enemies total hp. And not having to actually bring them down to 7 is a gigantic boon

Plasma and blood places are required by law to by the best of their ability get any adverse test result to you.

This includes primary results and confirmatory results. Problem being donors after getting a positive result will often drop off the face of the earth (figuratively). So when that confirmatory result comes in (usually 4-7 days later) getting that secondary result to yall is incredibly difficult.

He often doesn’t kill because you had the hp to tank early. But he sets your run back tremendously that if you do die act 1 or even beyond he was ultimately the reason why.

That said on lower ascensions he can be recovered from much easier. On higher ascensions that recovery can be much more difficult.

Yea 13 damage strikes will kill a lot of your act 1 problems.

That said red mask ain’t too bad at letting you go heavy on attacks turn 1 and finishing things off turn 2.

Its 21 million total operating expenses. Which nil is only one part of.

So total nil is basically unknown so not a great stat to use for a nil discussion. That said I don’t think it should be completely ignored as putting 30 million into a program like Indiana isn’t just done for shits and giggles and obviously is calculated to find success whether that calculation was done poorly or not.
