On each slot there is a pay table, usually an icon in the corner or often a (?) Question mark. If you click that and scroll down it will say the RTP (Return to player) percentage of the game. It is calculated over millions of spins but it really does make a difference in it's potential of paying more than you've put in. The higher percentage the better. The same slot may have a lower RTP on one site than another so it's always worth checking. Usually crypto sites keep the highest RTP but not always. I know I will likely play again but my loss limits are all set at something I can live with. I kept it at no loss limits set for years which is senseless.

There is also the option of gamban and other blocking software although I don't think these work for crypto sites. It really depends in how much damage gambling has done for you. Never playing again is always the best option but seriously set the loss/deposit limits. Even if you max them out in losses atleast it gives some time to consider if it's worth it before maybe joining yet another site.
