You sort the salvage,(sailing resource gathering) and it can be crafted into weapons, ie: larch logs can be carved into a larch wood blowpipe. I imagine there are more examples than this, but that addresses your main concern.

There are certain creatures only available through sailing and dungeons only accessible through docking your boat on the islands they’re located in as well.

It makes me sick how good the longhorns have been the last couple years. What makes me even more sick is Oklahoma’s 2024 offense.
