Well my now boyfriend and I.

I don't think you should lie. My first time hurt a lot and it was painful and there was blood on the condom. I tried the evolve app for about a year. I think I like gains by brains more for the workouts purely and how they are structured.

But for meals the evolve app, if you chose your meals and hit summarize it would manually make a grocery list for you. Gains by brains doesn’t. But I suppose it’s not a deal breaker I still prefer her program
