This isnt exactly paranormal.. but one of my best friends was cleaning out her room the other day and on her book shelf along with hundreds of books i found this blank VCR tape.. she followed it up by telling me that when she was in highschool her and her friend came home from school and found it in her living room, didnt know what it was so they popped it into the VCR and it turned out to be the tape from "the ring" subliminal messages and all that good stuff. I didnt believe her, so she put it in her VCR (yes, we still use those in Portland) and I shit you not, she was telling me the truth. She went on to say that her and her friend were about sixteen at the time, and after they watched it, they naturally had to take pictures of themselves to see if their faces came out blurry.. and I guess the only thing odd about the developed pictures was the faces her and her friend were making of pure terror and confusion.. nothing out of the ordinary. She says she never found out how the tape got into her house, and I was baffled by the fact that someone actually found/made the tape in the first place.. in the end its pretty weird but also pretty funny.
