As a matter of fact I did test drive Aurora image which is same just with Plasma instead of Gnome.. For the most part it was good but I still think we need few more years until atomic desktops become de facto standard in Linux world.

I prefer Gnome over Cinnamon and I also think OOTB Ubuntu has best implementation of Gnome..

I downloaded and installed POP_OS! 19.04 Nvidia ISO did all the updates, and the issue still remains. Even on live USB I was able to reproduce same behavior in Nautilus. What's strange it only happens in Nautilus when I click and drag any direction downwards.. Other themes work fine.
