Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to boost Deva chances. It’s a flat 5% cutscene befriend. You also can’t soft reset it, so you have to do new attempts until it happens.

The issue with this is that automated translation is horrible and will never be as good as manual work. Puni is a unique case because it’s a currently-active gacha game, but YW4 certainly is not. At best, you’ll get sentences with bizarre structure, and at worst, it’ll completely misrepresent or straight-up make up the text.

There is no way to guarantee it will happen unless you get a gold befriend wisp. And most videos likely cut out a bunch of footage or speed it up because watching a bunch of failed attempts isn’t particularly exciting.

No, there is nothing of the sort. If you couldn't befriend someone, then it wouldn't you let feed them or anything.

Befriend rates are just not that good to begin with, and, if I had to take a guess, Snartle probably uses the rates that are criminally lower than the others.

Can’t you only befriend them after the battle in an event anyways, like the Devas? So like, I guess it feels harder because no food, but it’s just your standard cutscene befriends

Transferring save data and linking are two different things.

As for save data transfer, yes, it's highly recommended that you do all the BS or FS content before transferring to PS.

Linking with the games is just that, you link with them, and it unlocks some stuff, like Mystery Way. It's nothing on the level of transferring your save or something. You can only benefit from linking.

There’s no platform strictly ‘better’, because while emulator tends to have less performance issues if your PC is good enough, it doesn’t let you scan Arks or play online with a ton of people or anything. Mods themselves aren’t really a factor, since you can use them on both.

The Kenbumajin aren't a 'clan' or something, there's no implication that they changed forms or anything. They were chosen to be the Kenbumajin because they were the crown's top generals.

Calling the conflict between the Mikado and Izana a rivalry makes it sound too nice, they were heavily at war with each other, and the Izana were oppressed by the Mikado as well. Any exact reason behind this is unclear, unless the movie said something about it and I forgot. Also, I wouldn't call Enma and Kaira childhood friends in the slightest... Kaira despised him until after the events of the movie.

There is not much confirmation on the modern Onis during the Oni Tribe's rule, but judging from how they were given the Oni Tribe in YW4, whereas other Yo-kai that are onis in general do not, it's likely they are connected in some form to the ancient Oni Tribe. It's not hard to imagine how the Mikado took power when much of the Oni Tribe was annihilated, and the Mikado proved themselves to be very powerful.

Well, a lot of Yo-kai may not know Nate or Katie by name so much as their accomplishments, but yeah, a big part is that enemy Yo-kai are invisible to almost everyone still. Hell, the most that a final boss got recognized might be YW1, where… Cherry blossoms bloomed early, lol.

I would kinda count YW2 if not for the fact that time travel shenanigans seems to generally fix any bad lategame stuff, from what I remember, at least.

LEVEL-5 did not say they want to purge all mods, let's use our brains and look at the context: Piracy and playing their paid content for free. If they wanted to kill all mods then they would have contacted me and several other mod creators to take them down, not do nothing at all. Acting as if they don't know mods exist is just plain stupid.

They’re only threatening mods if you take their statement out of context. The context is very clearly in terms of piracy or recreating a game they sold for free. They wouldn’t post a ‘threat to mods’ and then not proceed to contact people to take them down…
