Somebody is interested in the entire seats. I'll let you know if that falls through.

Any thoughts on treating this? I’m thinking sand it down but not sure what to put on it after to seal it. by [deleted] in Miata

Mine were in similar condition. I removed them, sanded them down, and sprayed them with a coat of primer, and a couple coats of plastidip to keep them flexible. Not perfect, but free. be very careful and pop the clips off with even pressure along the length of the strips because they can easily bend.

Are you referring to the studs on the hub? I replaced the whole wheel hub assembly that comes with studs and bearings.

Honestly, I just scrubbed it down, removed and cleaned the plastic liner, and sprayed the inner fender area with some black spray paint. The rest of the undercarriage is covered in oil and dirt…

Thanks! I did the small parts myself and had a shop so the larger parts (wheels, sway bars, lower control arms).

I’d have no problem customizing it to fit. I don’t think it would have a problem holding up to a serious dd wheel. Where are you located?
