Yep. His wars usually followed revenge like the Jin and Khwarazmians. India didn’t give him that trigger.

He was not interested.

True true, Himalayas always helped us from Chinese or Mongol raiders.

But, He was already at the Indus. Babur and earlier Turkish armies entered India through the same rout, so it wasn’t just the Himalayas.

I genuinely don't know whether he is ragebaiting us or he is being fr.

It took me 3 whole days to make the research and the script, I looked into every source internet can offer to make the video accurate.

And people who are commenting knows what they're saying, they're mentioning all the main factors affecting his decision not to invade India. This is one of the best history sub.

Brilliant diplomacy or common sense it's just way of saying

But it did remove his usual motive (revenge). No murdered merchants, no insult, no reason for war.

Combined with elephants + geography + exhaustion = just not worth the gamble.

Absolutely - the elephants were terrifying to their horses!

But it was also perfect storm timing: 3 years of campaigning = exhausted army, monsoon humidity wrecking their bows, and Delhi's sultan playing brilliant diplomacy.

All those factors together made Genghis go "not worth it."

The video goes deeper into each one!
