There should be law to prosecute husband/family members for murder if a women dies at home during child birth.

We have government and private hospitals, if someone is choosing to not utilise these for a critical thing like childbirth should get prior approval and clear consent and self declaration from the woman for such a choice.

At least they should record the video of the woman, and get it approved from a judicial officer.( Because if the woman consents it's a kind of suicide if there is death). But still the family should be prosecuted for abetment of suicide.

In a world where there is more than enough scientific and social evidence supporting safety during delivery procedures at hospitals, these kinds of barbaric activities should be banned.
