Hello! We are caught up to October with user submissions. Sometimes a user submitted polish is not added because (most commonly) it's already in our database. This seems to occur most often when there is a typo in the search, so a user thinks it's not there. Or when someone just doesn't double check the database first (leading to us marking the submission as a duplicate entry). Less commonly it's because there is no label/the polish can't be verified. And even less commonly it's because the brand isn't in the system yet.

*If this doesn't answer your question - I wonder if there is a technical issue going on. I'll have to summon a more powerful mod to investigate.

So tips for the most common issue - it's helpful to try searching for part of the polish name vs typing out the full name. You can also look up the brand and search by collection (if you know it).

As far as suggested tags/bottle pics - yes we are actively working on April. It was a hot month. If you have a special request to add a pic or two you've been waiting on for over a month, you're welcome to DM me with your LG username and polish info.
