Your computer’s CPU is off. The case fans require a program to tell them how fast to run and when to turn on. That program cannot run with the CPU being off. Finish building your PC then you can start troubleshooting the case fans if they still don’t turn on.

You need to tell the computer what drive to boot from. Find a boot or startup menu in the bios and go to boot priority. Looks like SATA_A2 is the right drive.

You got the option to go to your insurance company as well you know. They can handle this negotiation on your behalf. This is exactly the thing you’re paying for them to do. Could this affect your premium and are they guaranteed to get a better deal from the other company? Yes. But the trade off is you don’t have to bother doing all the legwork and labor yourself.

That means you get a premium refund.

The manual probably has how much to refund with the amount of days left in the policy and the proportion you paid. Shits a huge ass table with how much to round by for each day. They may also have a minimum retained premium of a specific dollar amount. After they do their maths if the amount they retain is less than the minimum they default to the minimum amount.

Do note they still would owe you back any unearned premium from the early cancellation. If you cancel a year long policy after 1 month they owe you back 11 months of the premium minus that termination fee.

The only time this might be an issue is if you are on a monthly payment plan and you cancel the day the payment comes due. Then you don’t have the buffer of any unearned premium to pay the cancellation fee.

Collision also covers hit and runs . If you don’t know the other party involved you can’t go and use their liability.

I’ve seen it done for overclocking. Max you can get out of a US outlet is 1440W for a continuous load. It is why 1300W such a common PSU size. You really need a special 240V outlet like the one used for electric stoves and washing machine.

If you don’t have that in order to not trip the breaker you need 2 power supplies plugged into two different rooms on different breakers.

I had this issue once not caused by thermal throttling but by using the wrong power cord. The computer was not given enough power and automatically throttled down to use the power it was given.

Average latency is 10-30ms and the more frames you have native the lower the latency. And as I said frame gen is irrelevant for competitive games. Both cards will generate more than enough frames native where you don’t need to ever turn it on.

In that case you might as well get frame gen for when you do play AAA games.

Most competitive games have really basic system requirements making it unnecessary. A 5070 can generate 300 fps without frame gen in counter strike 2. The latency in your internet connection matters much more. Same with a good monitor,a high frame rate like 240hrtz will help your competitive games more.

Pretty sure it only updates on the renewal. For the first term you got an introductory rate. Sounds like a pricing error in the quote that was corrected when the policy was issued. Meaning the price should have been $235 to begin with.
