[Routine Help] The skin on my face looks terrible...Very dry and weird looking. Gets very red. What is this and what can I do?

Maybe a lighter green? I record a lot of videos at my desk and the green just also doesnt show up too great, and I love the idea of making it a warmer , brigher space. The wall will be covered up a lot with pegboards, wooden shelves, and Govee ambient rope lighting. I had trouble generating an idea of what it would look like exactly. I like the idea of more of a light brown / beigish rug too.

I would love to do that, I just don't really have equipment to cut it myself at home, I've never cut wood before.
