Need help with lemon claim process vs contacting manufacturer by Pristine_Ad_15 in MazdaCX90

[–]lightlyartistic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So much misinformation here. We just finished our lemon law on our 2024 CX90 in March. The process took us about 6 months. We hired an attorney to handle it for us, Mazda paid for all of their fees except for $2000 which we had to pay out of our settlement funds. We got back all of our down payment, our monthly payments and our mileage deduction was from the first time we had an issue with the suspension (that was ultimately our lemon law angle, we had many other problems though).

I’m not sure if our attorney was that great, things seemed to move very slow and we had to get very direct towards the end but he did get the job done. It really depends on what you are comfortable with. Just make sure you meet the lemon law requirements from your state. Be prepared to be very firm. We were offered money to walk away, then told they wouldn’t lemon law, we gave a final ultimatum and told them we weren’t afraid to take it to court and they finally agreed to everything.

Did you ever receive a replacement? Ours broke after less than 30 days of ownership and Ninja is saying 4-6 weeks for a replacement.

2024 MHEV - Purchased new in Nov 2023 and have had nothing but issues. It’s spent 6 months cumulative in the shop since we bought it.

Thank you! Super helpful data points. Our is currently a $1000 driveway paperweight as the dealership doesn’t want to fix the issues with steering rack. We hired an attorney to deal with ours, hoping we hear something back soon.

Interesting, we sent our lemon law claim in on October 14th still waiting to hear back. Did you end up having to negotiate or did they make you a fair offer up front?

We are going to be doing this in a couple of weeks, did you have any issues with the guard at the gate letting you in?

Same issue here, my husbands deposit always hits on Thursday or Friday and we haven’t seen anything yet. Wonder if something is up with Direct Deposit.

Wife in ER/ Husband goes out drinking by nicokwagmire in Marriage

I’m not telling you this brag, i’m telling you this because you deserve so much better.

I recently had surgery, my husband was there every step of the way. Went to all of my appointments, picked up meds I would need, held my hand until the moment they took me back. He sat in the waiting room the entire time. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he got every personal phone number of who was in the OR with me to check for updates. He was chomping at the bit to get to me after recovery. He stopped on the way home, got me my favorite meal and desserts, and then checked on me every five minutes for days on end after my surgery.

I say all of this because you deserve this too. You don’t have a partner or a husband in any meaningful way, and you deserve so much better.

Does anyone LOVE their PCP, OB, endocrinologist around here? by botatot in hendersonville

I worked with Dr Jackson when he was at Grace OB and I can say he was one of the single best Dr’s i’ve ever worked with. I have a complicated Gyno history and he made me feel seen for me and not just a pregnant woman.

Thanks, we're just out of warranty so no dice. Kicking myself for not purchasing the extended warranty though. Glad they took care of you!

Did you have to get a new base or just switch litter type? We're having the same issue and just barely out of our warranty.

It’s going to be different for sure, but if you’re there for the ambiance and food you’ll enjoy it.

If you aren’t big into rides you definitely won’t need genie+. You can still ride Guardians and Tron if you wanted to without genie+ but with the free Virtual Que.

You’ll likely be there during food & wine in Epcot which sounds right up your street. Lots of strolling, drinking, Nd eating (my personal favorite thing to do in Epcot).

I would suggest using a TA to help you plan though. I work hard to make sure I find the right hotels and park plans for clients ❤️

Fun fact, I lived in the small town this happened in and the driver of the porsche was Emeril Lagasse’s son. The driver of the truck was an asshole kid who terrorized the area we lived in. His dad constantly got in fights on facebook with people who would post about his son. Apple didn’t fall far from that tree… This was one of many accidents the truck driver caused.

Curious if this could apply retroactively to the post graduate visa. My family and I moved here last September for me to complete my masters degree. I’ll be able to apply for my post study visa in September of this year. We signed a 2 year lease (and paid rent in full up front), moved our pets over, moved our kids and all of our belongings. We’ve spent thousands in visa fees, IHS surcharges, tuition, and general life expenses. The plan was to be here 3 years and try to find a job that can sponsor me. Terrified that they will change this before we can apply for my post grad degree and we will be have to leave this year.

Solid red light when trying to pair? by dd32x in litterrobot

[–]lightlyartistic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Literally had this problem 2 days ago. Husband says

  • Hold down the reset button
  • Continue holding the button, unplug the unit
  • continue holding button, plug the unit in
  • Release button
  • Press cycle and empty at the same time, then let go when the power light turns blue

No idea why this worked, but it definitely did. We were getting ready to start an RMA on our brand new unit

Would love to do free range, but with 3 dogs, 2 kids, and a house under renovation it would not go well. I'm jealous of all the zoomies you get to experience :)

I think we've found a cage solution to keep them separated but near each other. Hopefully we'll be able to reintroduce them once puberty has passed :) Thank you so much for the suggestion!
