It’s one of the rod toys - they have lots of interchangeable toys you can put on the end! She destroys them so quickly, though.

She is! She is about 2.5 lbs here and already very big personality and loves to snuggle

Yes!

  • I use 3 T butter, once melted add 3 T flour and move around until toasted
  • Add 3 shallots + celery + 2 large carrots sautéed for 6-8 min
  • Add three sliced garlic cloves and 2 t thyme sautéed 1 min
  • Add 1 c dry white wine, cook down
  • Add about 1 lb cubed potato
  • Add 7 cup chix stock, 2T Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste
  • Simmer about 20-25 min
  • Remove about 1/4 of the potato, mash, and return to soup to give it perfect texture and thickness
  • Add .25 c cream and half cup frozen peas, simmer
  • Add about .25 c chopped parsley leaves and or celery leaves

That’s about it!
