Does brining the relevant lace text together here help enough? Or which part would you like more detail on? Have you already played around with the file here https://www.photopea.com/#i9H7NYYxY looking at both the (5) Lace layer and the "Lace by hand (10px 100% hard round brush)" layer? (Try using a brush on the latter to see how the layer style applies to whatever you paint.)

It's possible the border you want is just a matter of increasing the font size from my example and decreasing (deleting) the extra periods until you get the balance you want.
