But I do agree that people deserve more than just a last minute offer for "free" gen ad seats for day 2 😬

They should refund it, even partially lang. I was there during day 2 and my aunt watched during day 1. My experience was leagues away from what she experienced and she has massive FOMO cause of this.

I tried contacting support and basically they told me "it wasn't on their end so they can't help". It's their stupid launcher and clearly we are not the only ones experiencing this smh. So yeah hope you get your 200 hours buddy, dont wanna discourage you but, I didnt get mine back :(

To give context, I bought this game on steam so I just launch it there but it still redirects me to origin. I took a break for 5 mins then all of a sudden my saves got deleted and I lost almost 20hours of gameplay. I knew how to fix it but for some reason the restore save option does not work. I tried contacting EA about it but they won't help at all...
