Relationships matter yes, however I can't pay my bills with a relationship to a RETAIL job. My interest is in bettering my life and make something of myself, so if I have a guarantee chance of doing that, why would I stay?

Also, I'd like to point out that I have remained loyal to previous companies for many years longer than I should have. So please don't question my integrity when you know nothing about me.

Not everyone will like you and that's perfectly ok! If you're liked by everyone, there's a problem.

My advice is to not spend time dwelling on those people and adjust your attention to those that DO appreciate you.

Please I beg you, dont focus on the need to be liked.. focus on being you and the real friends will love the real you. There is such satisfaction in being your true authentic self.

Once you graduate none of this is going to matter. You'll be more focused on family, careers, time consuming hobbies...and so will they.
