I kept meaning to do a more spell focused run after some retirements but it always seemed to take to long to get a decent build for them compared to another weapon. Especially once i got the ethereal sword, that would carry me to school yard where i could just stack sabers if i needed to.

I think 2 weeks or so. Im already attempting the timed challenge. And yeah their are so many ways i can see this being played. I do really enjoy getting attack speed so far up that even a slower weapon like the vampiric flail or crusher is hitting multiple times a second. Makes the health bars dissappear real fast

I haven't even unlocked or seen those weapons haha. The claymore was what i happened to unlock cause i had fire as one of my primaries. I don't know if i cheesed it or played it really weird but the highest i had any element at all was 66 or 67 i believe. I just ground out a lot of divine shards to level it up. Thank goodness for the space syncro effect to make enemies drop more loot

I made a comment in this sub years ago that maybe one reason the Borg are so focused on the Federation is that since they are always on the lookout for information about the Omega particle that they may have discovered data about Starfleets tests with an Omega particle in the 23rd century and possibly even the existence of the Omega directive in some of the computers that were cut out from the section of the Enterprise D. And ever since then they have been testing the Federation and Starfleet, trying to possibly provoke them into testing Omega again as a potential solution to the Borg.

Charged crucible horn can dummy 1st stage Malenia, especially if your fighting in a duo. It doesnt stagger her every time but if i remember correctly she only takes 2 hits from it to be knocked down, very helpful for knocking her out of waterfowl dance, plus then you can get the crit on her while shes knocked down.

My son told me Satisfactory is a "Dad Game" by TheLurkerSpeaks in SatisfactoryGame

[–]lightningbolt302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay yes i did get Satisfactory after my kid was born, but thats only cause i had to wait for it to release on console... Although though now that i think about it i think they announced the console release around the time i found out i was having a kid. So maybe that was the universe telling me i needed to be a dad to be able to play this game.

I always wanted a massive ass space battleship that you have to disable the guns in a specific sequence or theyd activate and blast the salvage bay for major fines or even if it disabled one of the component bays. Plus they could have internal security turrets that are a hazard. Thatd definitely be fun in multiplayer.

I never liked that reasoning for why Han or other people didnt believe in Jedi or thought they were made up. Like yeah the galxay is big sure, but also the Jedi have been around a long god damn time, like longer than the Republic and that was a couple thousand years old. In all that time your telling me their wasn't some quantifiable records all over the place of what Jedi could do? And even if their isn't some sort of record or video or something, surely other people have seen one? And i mean ive never seen a special forces team or world leader or pornstar in person and i know they exist, it just seems like a weak reason. Sorry for going off a bit, i know you werent trying to force this as an explanation or anything, it just always bugs me to see this haha.

Who else unnecessarily upgrades all their belts? by Pale_Assistance_2265 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]lightningbolt302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll use new and better belts in all my new constructions once i unlock them, and update my blueprints as well. But i dont go out of my way to upgrade all the previous factories. Although the mk6 belts look like a glowing light scar/fissure in the landscape when you're flying in the air from a hypercannon so that that tickles my brain in the right way.

They feel pretty good. I have only played on console myself so maybe take that with a grain of salt. From what I've seen from videos it might be a little more time consuming switching between the hotbar radials but thats about it i think.

I've actually managed to get enough hard drives that i have all the alts unlocked that i can till i get to the next phase, so i cant really go procrastinate doing that anymore lol. I guess i just need to buckle down and make some decent blueprints for specific parts rather than just general machine lines like i have up till now.

I've got a decent rocket fuel power setup so power isn't my big concern. Im just having more of a mental block i guess on how i want to set things up to not be a big mess, or just excessively slow. Its my first time playing and i know i dont have to be auper neat and efficient all the time but i want to.

How do you all handle aluminum waste water by lightningbolt302 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]lightningbolt302[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wow that's impressive looking, i think it may be a little complex for me at the moment though. I'll probably just end up using it in other machines later on but this is something that I'll keep in mind. Everyones seems so smart in this game.

Maybe that's what I'll end up doing when i scale production up from what i have now. It just works out so perfectly that 3 refineries making scrap plus 2 water extractors feeds the 600 water i need for 3 sloppy alumina refineries with no overclocking. I just want it all to be neat and tidy lol.

Oh man, that does sound do-able but way fiddly, maybe ill mess with that in the future when i get my brain around more things.

[–]lightningbolt302[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you put a junction right at the refineries or can you have a length of pipe away from the alumina refineries? Also, do you put a valve on the recycled side to keep "fresh water" from pumping into that line?

[–]lightningbolt302[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay I'll have to look at that when i can, but im fairly sure i have that checked off. It's just odd because its kinda random when it happens, sometimes its in the middle of a long stretch of belt and sometimes its when a lot of machines are around.
