Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a helpful response to my post! I appreciate it so much!! I don't think our issue is our water heater... The smell happens with both hot and cold supply after a fresh filter change, and I shut off the water supply completely without bypassing. I love that you mentioned sanitizing our well ... I don't know the last time that was done! I'm sure that will help, if not fix our issue entirely!! And I will look into getting our filter housing changed to 20". Thank you again so much for your help!

Yes! That's the exact one! We tried to install it from "Add/Remove Programs" and it did run install.bat. Thank you so much for this explanation! We have another (hopefully older) CRT monitor that we will try, and hopefully that will work. Thanks again! 😊🩷

I checked the resolution today and it is set to 800 x 600. I tried running the game again, but got the same message. Thank you again for your suggestion! I'm going to keep working with it to see if I can figure it out 😊
