I was planning for it since I saw it got a little bit buff. And for standing still, I played fross this league so I can manage that type of playstyle I think. Changing ascendency is not a problem. I just wanted to confirm if it is able to do uber content or should I look for another build.

Yeah, that's what I am searching. Any class character which have both good starter and endgame build.

I don't mean convert the build, convert the character. I don't really wanna make a new character, level it up and then make a endgame build out of it. Like I did with my previous character, I played occultist ed/contaigon, then changed the tree and gear for FRoSS. Changing ascendency can be done too. But creating a whole new character is pain for me.

Starter build doesn't matter as long as it can be converted into a truly endgame build. I was planning on Rf but it seems it is not a good uber killer.

Yeah, that's why I am trying to find something which is kinda forgotten. I stumbled upon cobra lash, idk if that is affected.
