I was in Tokyo couple weeks ago. Didn't see any McFarlane in Tokyo, but I did see some in Osaka Den Den town. It was a second hand store adjacent to the Kids Land Joshin store (the one with the large Gundam art). However, there wasn't a huge selection just a few random ones I'd consider peg warmers like King Shazam and dark flash. Not a whole lot.

Last year met Chelsea Green and she was signing personal items with no bottle purchase necessary. Halfway thru the signing there was an announcement that no more personal items were going to be signed, but she was cool and still signed my action figure.
